This feature is called "Photo On Demand" and allows you to take a photo at home without the alarm going off. Ajax MotionCam (PhOD) can also be set to take pictures in scenarios - e.g. in case of smoke alarms or panic pressure. The detector with camera uses two specialized radio protocols at the same time: Jeweler to send instant alerts and Wings for fast image delivery. You will receive the first snapshot of the event within 9 seconds after motion is detected. As usual, the alarm message arrives in a split second, even if the signal is unstable.
