Return of order

If you regret your purchase or need to return your order for some other reason, you must create an RMA case via your profile on this page.

If you have not created a profile, this can be done by entering your e-mail from the order and asking to have a code sent through 'Forgot your password

Return Policy for International Customers

At lavpris-laase.dk, we strive for your satisfaction. If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

1. Notify Us First: Contact our customer service at salg@lavpris-laase.dk within 14 days of receiving your order, include your ordernumber in the e-mail.
2. Condition of Returns: The item must be unused, in original packaging, and suitable for resale.
3. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure the package is securely packed to avoid damage during transit. Send the return package to the following address:

4. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 30 days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
