Definitions

The Parties to the Agreement
"Buyer" refers to the individual who primarily acts outside their business and who, by placing an order with Lavpris Låse, submits a request to purchase and have specific goods delivered.
 

All Agreements are Made in Danish

Order confirmations are sent by email immediately after the order is placed; a new one can be requested by contacting us.
 

How to Shop

Select the product, add it to the cart, and proceed to checkout. During the payment process, you will be guided by the system and can easily choose your payment method, delivery location, etc.

Companies and public institutions can place orders by phone or email.

"Lavpris Låse" is used below to refer both to the individual or legal entity who, upon order confirmation, accepts the Buyer’s order and sells the ordered goods, and to the website from which goods are presented and ordered.

Prices

All prices are daily prices and only valid on the day of the order. Therefore, price changes may occur.

All listed prices include 25% VAT.

Lavpris-laase.dk makes every effort to provide accurate information about discounts and offers we provide, but errors can occur. We reserve the right for errors and omissions in prices and descriptions, as well as for sold-out goods.

Discount codes and similar offers are excluded for certain selected product groups.
 

Ordering

Ordering on our website is a binding agreement, and order confirmation is sent immediately after the order is placed. However, we reserve the right that goods may be backordered or completely out of stock; in such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Stock levels are updated once a day, so you may find that a product is sold out even if it appears to be in stock.

When rekeying locks, only the 2-3 keys present in the original lock are rekeyed; the other keys are not rekeyed and are therefore not included.

If you choose to have the locks rekeyed to your own key code, one replacement key will be included.
 

Payment

The account information you enter when purchasing goods is sent directly to PBS in encrypted form (SSL), which only you and PBS can read. Therefore, no one else can see or store your information. When paying with Dankort or credit card, the amount is deducted from your account as soon as the goods leave Lavpris Låse. If you choose to receive the goods with cash on delivery, the amount is paid upon receipt of the goods.

Your purchase with us is completely covered by PriceRunner Purchase Guarantee at no extra cost. It ensures you up to 50,000 kroner if something goes wrong in connection with your purchase. To be covered by the Purchase Guarantee, you simply need to be a registered member on PriceRunner.

The Purchase Guarantee covers individuals residing in Denmark and applies if stores do not assume their responsibility according to the Danish Sale of Goods Act within 60 days after a purchase.

If you wish for your purchase to be covered by the Purchase Guarantee, your order must be addressed to you as a private individual. With the Purchase Guarantee, you receive compensation if a product is defective, if a product is missing upon delivery, if the delivery of the product does not occur, or if the product is incorrect or faulty.

You are only compensated for the direct financial loss you have suffered, acquisition costs, and shipping expenses. PriceRunner Purchase Guarantee does not include compensation for other direct or indirect costs, loss of value, or lost income.

Delivery

All in-stock items ordered before 12 PM on weekdays are shipped the same day. Items that are not in stock are shipped as soon as possible. If the delivery time exceeds 3 days, we will contact the customer and inform them of the reason. All goods are shipped with Postnord or GLS as a package that requires proof of receipt. Larger items are shipped with Danske Fragtmænd directly from our suppliers.

For shipments outside Denmark, you will receive a shipping charge via email before we send the item. We do not accept the order until this charge is paid.

If you order with Flex delivery or if it can be sent without a signature, the responsibility transfers to the customer once the carrier has delivered the package. This is an agreement between the customer and the carrier, and disputes must be resolved between these two parties and are beyond our control.

If you order to a parcel shop, please note that we cannot guarantee that your package will be delivered to the correct parcel shop in peak times. The carrier may sometimes move the package to the nearest pickup location if a given parcel shop is full.

If you forget to collect the package from the parcel shop and it is returned to us, we will store the package until you contact us. If you wish to have the package resent, we will send an invoice for new shipping, which must be paid first. If you wish to cancel the order, the shipping cost will be deducted before we issue a refund, and in certain cases, we can/will charge return costs covered in the refund.

Free shipping on orders over 800 DKK only applies to goods and orders delivered to GLS parcel shops in Denmark only. Not all items can be delivered to parcel shops, and therefore free shipping does not apply to all items. For example, safes and rod locks cannot be delivered to parcel shops.
 

Complaint

Lavpris Låse provides a 2-year warranty from the date of receipt of the goods for manufacturing and material defects (shortcomings) in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The warranty does not cover defects, damages, or wear resulting directly or indirectly from incorrect use, poor maintenance, violence, or unauthorized interventions.

As a consumer, you have a 2-year warranty, which means you can either have the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. This, of course, depends on the complaint being justified.

Complaints are handled by contacting us via email or phone, after which we may require the item to be sent/delivered to our store at Merkurvej 6, 4700 Næstved.

All packages must be sent directly to our store, not to a parcel shop or other alternative delivery methods.

The invoice or a copy thereof must be presented to Lavpris Låse when making a complaint.

Any complaint regarding defects in delivered products must be made to Lavpris Låse within a reasonable time after the Buyer has discovered or should have discovered the defect. Otherwise, the Buyer loses the right to claim the defect.

Please specify and, if requested, demonstrate the nature of the defect.

If you wish to file a complaint with a public authority regarding a product or service purchased from us, such a complaint can be submitted to the Competition and Consumer Authority’s Complaint Resolution Center, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby.

You can file a complaint with the Complaint Resolution Center via www.forbrug.dk.

The EU Commission’s online complaint portal can also be used to file a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. Complaints can be submitted here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

Disclaimer and Warranty

Lavpris Låse has made it easy for you to obtain relevant information on other websites through links. These websites are outside Lavpris Låse’s control. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for the content of these sites unless otherwise required by Danish law.

Information about the ordered goods from such websites is not included in the description of the ordered goods in the agreement between the Buyer and Lavpris Låse unless otherwise required by Danish law.

Sellers are not liable for direct or indirect losses resulting from the ordered goods arriving late to the Buyer, or if the ordered goods are defective, when the delay or defects are caused by the Buyer’s actions or omissions or circumstances beyond Lavpris Låse’s control, such as war, rebellion, unrest, fire, state interventions, seizures, currency restrictions, labor conflicts of any kind, including strikes and lockouts, or similar, unless otherwise required by Danish law.
Lavpris Låse does not provide an independent warranty for the ordered goods, and the Buyer only receives the warranties issued by the manufacturer to the Buyer unless otherwise required by Danish law.
 

Right of Withdrawal (private individuals only)

If the Customer notifies Lavpris-laase.dk that they have withdrawn from their purchase within 14 days after delivery, Lavpris-laase.dk will refund the received amount. Used and damaged goods, as well as services, rekeying keys, recharged cylinders, etc., cannot be returned. The same applies to goods that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken.

The item must be returned in substantially the same condition and quantity, the original packaging must be preserved and returned, and YOU must ensure proper packaging of the items before returning them. Damaged items and/or packaging will result in rejection or deduction from the return price.

When you withdraw from a purchase, you must always contact us before returning the item. You cannot simply send the item back or refuse receipt. You bear the cost of returning the item yourself.

Returning Goods and Costs
Returns are at your own expense, and we only accept returns via PostNord or GLS. The item must be returned in appropriate packaging, and the original packaging must accompany it.

You should send the item securely packaged – together with a copy of the invoice or delivery note, noting the RMA number and that you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal.

You cannot simply withdraw by refusing receipt of the item without notifying us. If a package is not collected and returned to us, a fee of 75 DKK (for standard packages) will be charged for the costs if you wish the order to be credited.


Refund
When items are returned, according to the e-commerce fund’s rules, we have 30 days to refund the money. Normally, this happens much faster, but in some cases, it may take up to 30 days before the amount is back in your account.
We only refund to the credit card used for the purchase to prevent misuse of payment cards.

These return policies apply to all goods sold as distance sales (to private individuals) – they do not apply to goods sold to businesses.

 

Returns for Business/Public Purchases.

Businesses generally do not have the right to return goods, and as a general rule, a return fee of 20% will be charged for goods returned by business and public customers. YOU must always contact us before returning goods and have the return approved.

Specially custom-made goods or goods tailored to the customer are not returnable.
 

Reservation of Rights for Changes

Lavpris Låse reserves the right to change and update the rules and conditions applicable to this website. Therefore, it is important that you regularly check for any changes.
 

Misuse

Misuse of Lavpris-laase.dk will result in a police report.
