Introduction
Lavpris-laase ApS (hereinafter referred to as "Lavpris-laase") operates the sale of goods and services through the following websites:
These websites cater to different markets and customer groups. All terms and conditions apply to purchases made via the respective websites, unless otherwise specifically stated.
Definitions
Parties to the Agreement
"Buyer" refers to the natural person who primarily acts outside of their business, and who, by placing an order with Lavpris-laase, submits an order to purchase and deliver specific goods.
All agreements are concluded in Danish
For customers outside Denmark, agreements can be concluded in another language by agreement
Order confirmation is sent by email immediately after the order, a new one can be requested by contacting us.
How to Shop
Select the product, add it to the cart and proceed to payment. When you go through the payment, you will be guided by the system and can easily choose how you want to pay, where the product should be delivered, etc.
Companies and public institutions can shop by telephone/email contact.
"Lavpris-laase" is used below to refer both to the natural or legal person who, by order confirmation, accepts the Buyer's order and sells the ordered goods, and to the website from which goods are presented and ordered.

Prices
All prices are daily prices and only valid on the day of the order. Therefore, price changes may occur.
All listed prices include 25% VAT. For customers outside the EU, additional costs such as import duties and customs may be added when the product is handed over to the shipping company.
Lavpris-laase does its utmost to provide correct information about discounts and offers we give, but errors can occur. We reserve the right for errors and omissions in prices and descriptions, as well as for sold-out products.
Discount codes and similar are excluded on certain selected product groups.
Ordering
Ordering on our website is a binding agreement, and order confirmation is sent immediately after the order. However, we reserve the right that products may be backordered or completely discontinued, in which case we will contact you as soon as possible. For customers outside the EU, availability and delivery times may vary.
Stock numbers are updated once a day, so you may experience that a product is sold out even though it is listed as in stock.
When locks are re-keyed, only the 2-3 keys that were in the original lock are included; the remaining keys are re-keyed out and therefore not included.
If you choose to have the locks re-keyed to your own key code, 1 re-keying key is included.
Payment
The account information you enter when purchasing goods is sent directly to Nets in encrypted form (SSL), so that only you and Nets can read it. Therefore, no one else sees or stores information about you. When purchasing with Dankort or credit card, the amount is deducted from your account as soon as the product leaves Lavpris-laase. If you choose to receive the product with cash on delivery, the amount is paid upon receipt of the product.

Your purchase with us is completely covered by the PriceRunner Purchase Guarantee for free. It ensures you up to 50,000 kroner if something goes wrong in connection with your purchase. To be covered by the Purchase Guarantee, you just need to be a registered member of PriceRunner.
The Purchase Guarantee covers natural persons residing in Denmark, and it applies if stores do not assume their responsibility according to the Sale of Goods Act within 60 days after a purchase.

If you want your purchase to be covered by the Purchase Guarantee, your order must be addressed to you as a private person. With the Purchase Guarantee, you receive compensation if a product is defective, if a product is missing upon delivery, if delivery of the product fails, or if the product is incorrect or defective.
You only receive compensation for the direct financial loss you have suffered, procurement costs, and shipping expenses. PriceRunner Purchase Guarantee does not include compensation for other direct or indirect costs, loss of value, or lost income.

Delivery
All stock items ordered before 12 PM on weekdays are attempted to be shipped the same day; items that are not in stock are shipped as soon as possible. For deliveries to countries outside the EU, delivery times may vary depending on local customs processing and transport conditions.
If the delivery time exceeds the expected, we keep you updated as soon as we receive information from our supplier. You are always welcome to contact us about the status of your current order.
All goods are shipped with Postnord or GLS as Parcel, for delivery beyond Denmark's borders, it is usually DPD that handles the last part of the delivery. Larger items are sent with Danske Fragtmænd directly from our suppliers.
For shipments outside Denmark where standard shipping for the applicable country and product does not cover the shipping costs, you will receive a Shipping Charge via email before we send the product. We do not accept the order before this is paid.
If you order with Flex delivery, or if it can be set without signature, the responsibility transfers to the customer when the carrier has delivered the package. This is an agreement between the customer and the carrier, and disputes must be resolved between these two parties and are beyond our control.
If you order to a parcel shop, note that we cannot guarantee that your package arrives at the correct parcel shop in peak load situations. The carrier sometimes moves the package to the nearest pickup location if a given parcel shop is full.
If you forget to pick up the package at the parcel shop and it is returned to us, we will store the package until you contact us yourself. If you wish to have the package resent, we will send an invoice for new shipping which must be paid first. If you wish to cancel the order, the shipping cost is deducted before we credit the order, as we in certain cases can/will charge for return costs covered in the refund.
Free shipping on purchases over 800 kr only applies to goods and orders where delivery is ordered to a GLS parcel shop. Not all goods can be delivered to a parcel shop, and therefore, there is no free shipping on all goods. Safe boxes and rod locks, for example, cannot be delivered to a parcel shop.
Complaint
Lavpris-laase provides, according to the Sale of Goods Act and EU directives, a 2-year warranty from receipt of the product for manufacturing and material defects (faults). The warranty does not cover defects, damage, or wear and tear, directly or indirectly arising from incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence, or unauthorized interventions.
As a consumer, you have a 2-year warranty, which means you can have the product repaired, replaced, refunded, or have a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. This, of course, requires that the complaint is justified.
Complaints are made by contacting us via email or phone, after which we may require the product to be sent to our warehouse, Marielundvej 45D, 2730 Herlev, Denmark.
All packages must be sent directly to our store, not to a parcel shop or other alternative delivery methods.
The invoice or a copy thereof must be presented to Lavpris-laase in connection with the use of the complaint.
Any complaint about defects in delivered products must be made to Lavpris-laase within a reasonable time after the Buyer has or should have discovered the defect. Otherwise, the Buyer loses the right to assert the defect.
You are requested to specify and, upon request, show the nature of the defect.
If you wish to file a complaint to a public authority about a product or service purchased from us, such a complaint can be submitted to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Center for Complaint Resolution, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby.
You can file a complaint to the Center for Complaint Resolution via www.forbrug.dk.
The European Commission's online complaint portal can also be used when submitting a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. File your complaint here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

Disclaimer and Warranty
Lavpris-laase has made it easy for you to get relevant information on other websites through links. These websites are outside of Lavpris-laase's control. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for the content on these sites in any way, unless otherwise follows from Danish common law.
Information about the ordered goods from such websites is not included in the description of the ordered goods in the agreement between the Buyer and Lavpris-laase, unless otherwise follows from Danish common law.
The seller is not liable for direct or indirect losses resulting from the ordered goods arriving late to the Buyer, or the ordered goods suffering defects when the delay or defects are caused by the Buyer's actions or omissions or circumstances beyond Lavpris-laase's control, e.g., war, rebellion, unrest, fire, state interventions, seizures, currency restrictions, labor conflicts of any kind, including strikes and lockouts, or similar, unless otherwise follows from Danish common law.
Lavpris-laase does not provide an independent warranty for the ordered goods, and the Buyer only obtains the warranties issued by the manufacturer to the Buyer, unless otherwise follows from Danish common law.
Right of Withdrawal (only for private customers)
By notifying Lavpris-laase.dk that you have withdrawn from your purchase within 14 days after delivery, Lavpris-laase.dk refunds the received amount in accordance with the EU directive on consumer rights. For customers outside the EU, we also offer a 14-day return policy, but all costs for return, handling, and any customs duties and taxes are borne by the customer. Used and damaged goods as well as services, re-keying keys, rekeyed cylinders, etc., cannot be returned, the same applies to goods sealed for health or hygiene reasons, if this seal has been broken.
The product must be returned in substantially the same condition and quantity, the product's packaging must be preserved and sent back, YOU must ensure proper packaging of the goods before returning them. Damaged goods and/or packaging will result in rejection or deduction in the return price.
When you withdraw from a purchase, you must always contact us before returning the product. You cannot simply send the product back or refuse receipt. You bear the cost of returning the product.
Return of Goods and Costs
Returns are at your own expense, and we only accept returns via PostNord or GLS. The product must be returned in proper packaging, and the original packaging must be included.
You should send the product properly packaged - together with a copy of the invoice or delivery note, where the RMA number is noted and that you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal.
You cannot simply withdraw by refusing receipt of the product without notifying us. If a package is not picked up and returned to us, a fee of 75 kr. (for normal packages) will be charged for the costs if you wish the order to be credited.
Refund
When goods are returned, we have 30 days to refund the money according to the e-commerce fund's rules. Normally, this happens much faster, but in some cases, it can take up to 30 days before the amount is back in your account.
We only refund to the credit card used at purchase to prevent misuse of payment cards.
These return rules apply to all goods sold as distance sales (to private individuals) - this does not apply to goods sold to businesses.
Returned Goods for Business/Public Purchases
Businesses, in principle, have no right of return for goods, and as a general rule, a return fee of 20% will be charged for goods returned by businesses and public customers. YOU must always contact us before returning goods and get the return approved.
Special custom-made goods or goods adapted to the customer are not returned.
Reservation for Changes
Lavpris-laase reserves the right to change and update the rules and conditions that apply to this website. Therefore, it is important that you continuously stay informed if any changes have occurred.
Misuse
Misuse of Lavpris-laase.dk will result in a police report.
