Dana Fire Guard A 565 White 300 ml Dana fire sealant Fire Guard A 565 is an elasto-plastic water-based sealant on an acrylic dispersion basis. Used in connection with fireproofing of joints, e.g. around windows, doors, lightweight partitions, ceilings, pipe penetrations, electrical installations, etc. The Dana sealant can be used both indoors and outdoors, and after hardening can absorb movements of up to +/- 10%. For outdoor use, overpainting will extend the life of the sealant. Brandfuge 565 contains no organic solvents, halogens or asbestos. Fire seal 565 has been tested in accordance with DS EN 1366-3.2004, BS 476:part 20:1987 and per EN 1366-4:2001. SITAC type approval certificate number 0206/0.
